• A wrong price. Prices come from the retailer through the government's Fuel Finder feed and we cannot change them. The station or its head office can, and the correction reaches this site within three hours. Do tell us if a station keeps reporting a price that is not on its totem: it helps us spot feeds that have stopped updating.
• A wrong name, brand, town or position. These we clean ourselves, so an error may well be ours. Send the station's page address and what is wrong.
• Press and research. Weekly figures for every town and postcode area are on the press page, and the full record is on open data. For anything else, a figure for a particular area or period, ask.
• Advertising and privacy. What the site sets in your browser is explained on the privacy page.

We do not sell fuel, take bookings or handle complaints about a station's service. For a complaint about a forecourt, contact the retailer; for the price reporting rules themselves, see the Fuel Finder scheme page, which says who enforces them.
